Minimum/General Experience:
(20) years of management and professional research experience in the fields of organizational communications and survey research serving organizational communications, HR and Marketing/Sales groups in corporations with special expertise in online survey technologies.
Functional Responsibility:
As Managing Director, has responsibility for all aspects of business relationships with clients including project planning and planning meetings with clients, budget development and budget administration, negotiations, billings, project staffing, scheduling and client .relationships.

As Principal Consultant, has responsibility for oversight of the research services performed for specific key clients as well as hands-on performance of services for key clients for research designs, qualitative research, survey questionnaire design and content, data collection management, online and off-line report development, analysis of survey findings, development of strategic recommendations, executive presentations and leadership in discussions and consultations with clients on recommended improvement initiatives.

Also takes leadership role in overseeing staff in providing GuideStar proprietary services to clients including Deep Dialog Audits, Meeting Productivity Process services and integrated communication audits designed.

Minimum Education:
Advanced graduate studies from an accredited college or university in the field of Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Communications or related field of study.

Senior Research Analyst - Consultant
Minimum/General Experience:
Seven (7) years of managing survey research professionals and research teams plus professional survey hands-on expertise and experience with SPSS/syntax writing, database management, statistical analysis and analysis management experience including ANOVA, factor, cluster, discriminant, linear regression, categorical, GLM Multivariate, Loglinear and predictive path modeling. Experienced in report-writing and editing, presentation development, client relations and large and small group leadership skills plus extensive experience in the development, administration and on-line reporting of web-based surveys.
Functional Responsibility:
The Senior Research Analyst/Consultant assembles and manages professional research teams for both individual research projects (including both qualitative research and quantitative surveys) and ongoing large-scale, multi-language survey programs with multiple survey projects, and has extensive experience with the development, implementation and on-line report centers for web-based surveys.

The Senior Research Analyst/Consultant also provides clients with personal hands-on professional research services including research and sample design, survey development (questionnaire writing and structure) and implementation management (data collection), data analysis, online report development and off-line report writing, process consulting and consulting with clients on post-survey actions for improvement of attitudes, relationships and productivity with the survey population .

The Senior Research Analyst/Consultant also provides consultative support to Research Analysts and Consultants on sample design, data analysis and methodologies, editorial reviews of questionnaires and written reports as well as providing assistance on recommendations development, client presentations and meetings.

Minimum Education:

Senior Research Consultant
Minimum/General Experience:
Four (4) years of professional survey hands-on expertise and experience in the development, administration and reporting of large-scale web-based surveys in multiple languages, specifically managing individual research survey projects (including qualitative research and quantitative surveys) and survey programs with multiple survey projects through all phases by providing personal professional services including research and sample design, survey development (questionnaire writing and structure) and implementation management, data analysis, online report development and off-line report writing, presentation development, client relationship management, process consulting and consulting with clients on post-survey actions for improvement of attitudes, relationships and productivity with the survey population.

A Senior Research Consultant is expert in programming and conducting a wide range of statistical analyses in SPSS as well as presenting and explaining the meaning of these analyses to clients.

Functional Responsibility:
A Senior Research Consultant manages and provides personal hands-on professional research services for both individual surveys and ongoing survey programs with multiple survey projects, and also provides clients' services including research and sample design, survey development (questionnaire writing and structure) and implementation management (data collection), data analysis, online report development and off-line report writing, executive presentations and consulting/advising in OD with client organization's senior management.

A Senior Research Analyst/Consultant also provides consultative support to Research Analysts on sample design, data analysis and methodologies, editorial reviews of questionnaires and written reports as well as providing assistance on recommendations development, client presentations and meetings.

Minimum/General Experience:
Three (3) years of professional survey, hands-on expertise and experience in designing surveys, implementing surveys and developing written findings reports for web-based individual survey projects and multiple-survey programs in multiple-languages, has statistical expertise in SPSS/syntax writing, database management, statistical analysis and analysis management experience including ANOVA, factor, cluster, discriminant, linear regression, categorical, GLM Multivariate, Loglinear and predictive path modeling, is experienced in the development of OD recommendations for post-survey client actions, executive presentations and client relations and has substantive experience in the development, administration (data collection) and on-line reporting of findings of web-based surveys.

Database Manager
Minimum/General Experience:
Over fifteen years of database management experience with a professional survey research firm, including eight years conducting online research, specializing in employee, customer and partner attitude research. Extensive expertise in programming SQL Server, SPSS, and desktop databases, email messaging systems and preparing all manner of database sample configurations as required for a wide range of survey projects.
Functional Responsibility:
The Database Manager is responsible for all database management functions including database definitions, sampling, collaboration with client IT specialists to assure proper invitation database setup and mergers, use of GuideStar's EMMS application to set up and deliver all email survey messages, testing of all web-based questionnaires for proper data return and interacting with programmers from GuideStar's IT vendor programmers to assure proper ORC setup, data integrity and accurate ORC data reporting of clients' survey results. The Database Manager is also responsible for weighting of data, conception and coding of indices, preparing and uploading the content analysis databases into the ORC for specialized reporting such as ranked frequency table reports of open-end comment questions and other analyses.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or statistics from an accredited college or university.
